Six Giants Return & Refund Policy

At Six Giants, we take immense pride in the health and quality of our plants. Every plant is inspected and sold in 100% peak condition. Because plants are living organisms that require specific care once they leave our nursery, we have established the following policy:

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a plant has left our care. We cannot be held responsible for the health of a plant once it is subject to the environmental conditions and maintenance routines of its new home.

2. Quality Guarantee at Pickup/Delivery

We want you to be confident in your new green companion!

Inspection: We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their plants at the time of purchase.

Immediate Concerns: If you notice a structural issue or a pest problem before completing your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can address it.

3. Success Tips

While we don't offer refunds for plants that struggle after purchase, we want your Giants to thrive.

We provide care instructions for every species we sell.

If your plant seems unhappy within the first 48 hours, feel free to send us a photo! While we won’t offer a refund, we are happy to provide expert advice to help you troubleshoot the issue.

Note: Proper light, water, and acclimation are the responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing from Six Giants, you acknowledge that you are prepared to provide the necessary care for your new plant.
